Choose from four different styles of Hillcrest Royale Studios or Suites, one is bound to be perfect for you! Unlike a private home or apartment, at the Hillcrest Royale all utilities (except telephone and cable) are included in your rent:

Bring your favorite furniture and personal pieces and enjoy decorating your suite.  Creating a new comfortable environment for yourself or your loved one in our community is a therapeutic experience where you express your individual taste and style.

Every studio or suite offers:

• Kitchenette Bar with built in refrigerator in Superior, Deluxe and Suites 
• Full Bathroom with vanity area
• Hands free intercom safety system
• Window treatments

Be assured, that we are always here for you, with no question or concern being too large or too small. Our staff is committed to keeping you happy and comfortable. 
Our conscienscious staff performs daily light housekeeping services and weekly complete cleaning services.

Our maintenance and janitorial services are available for your convenience whether it’s to change a light bulb, water your plants or fix something in your room.  We’ll even hang your pictures for you.
