What’s resort living without fine dining? Our restaurant style dining room and snacks are always available and are all a part of our commitment to enhancing your independence in the assisted living environment.

 

Dining experience is an integral part of our community:

We strive to please our resident’s palates by creating various menus that are nutritious yet tasty and appealing. Restaurant style service allows us to monitor our residents’ appetites and offer many substitutes. We are always aware of constant changes in our client’s needs. No more cooking, and washing dishes! One look at the enclosed weekly menu and you’ll see why our kitchens enjoy rave reviews.

Our dining rooms serve three generous, fresh, nutritious meals served restaurant-style prepared daily by our house chef. Healthful, taste-tempting snacks are served daily and simple menu is available 24 hours. A room service menu is available to all our residents.
Our chef always takes the tastes and needs of seniors into consideration when preparing the menus along with the registered dietician who monitors and inspects our food service, and we are happy to accommodate special dietary needs. Meals are prepared for the health-conscious senior-with no added salt. Instead, our chef uses a variety of herbs and savory seasonings to please your palate.

Special Occasions

We encourage and welcome families and friends to come and dine with us. You can host your own dinner parties for special occasions by reserving our private dining/library/bistro areas for your affair. We will personally assist to organize your event for you.

 

Sample Weekly Menu

Breakfast is always a selection of juices, cold and hot cereal, eggs any style, assorted breakfast meats, egg substitute, white egg omelets, assorted breads and pastries, and a variety of hot beverages.
In addition to our lunch and dinner specials, residents may choose chef’s weekly sandwich and platter specials to maximize their choices.

Alternatives include health-conscious choices like vegetarian, simple grill or low-fat items, and are featured in the chef’s weekly selections.

Choose from delectable desserts prepared daily, or assorted ice cream flavors and fruit always available to choose from.
